Fire Hydrant System
Description
Hydrant System is one of the oldest and still Popular Fire Fighting Method. It is a Piping Network carrying Pressurised Water to Fight Fire effectively. Accessories such as Fire Hoses and Nozzles (Branch Pipes) are always installed inside the Fire Hose Cabinet near each Fire Hydrant Valve. These accessories are required to be fitted on Hydrant Valve while Firefighting. The shortcoming of this System is that its manual in operation.
We at EFFPL have an Extensive Experience in Designing, Installing and Commissioning the Fire Hydrant Systems as per Clients and Risk requirement at various Industry Installations all over India.

Fire Sprinkler System
Description
A Fire Sprinkler System is a vital and straightforward active component of a building’s Fire Protection System, be it residential or commercial. Positioned in ceilings or side walls, the system includes a water supply, water distribution piping, and sprinkler heads. When a fire is detected, the sprinkler automatically discharges water, effectively controlling or extinguishing the flames. It serves as both a Fire Detection and Suppression system, ensuring enhanced safety and protection.
We at Electromech Fire Fighters Pvt.Ltd. have an Extensive Experience in Designing, Installing and Commissioning the Fire Sprinkler Systems as per Clients and Risk requirement at various Industry Installations all over India.
Warehouse Fires are extremely challenging; they spread quickly and immensely increase the heat release rate over a short period of time. In-rack Fire Sprinkler Systems are specifically designed for the protection of racked storage areas in Warehouses.
In-rack Fire Sprinklers will not prevent a Fire from starting, in fact they too rely on the heat generated by the Fire to trigger them, but they will help contain the Fire to a specific area and extinguish it. This in-turn limits Fire damage and will reduce the risk due to Fire.
Wet pipe systems are the most common fire sprinkler system. A wet pipe system is one in which water is constantly maintained within the sprinkler piping. When a sprinkler activates this water is immediately discharged onto the fire.
Pre-Action Fire Sprinkler Systems employ the basic concept of a “Dry Pipe System” in which Water is not normally contained within the Pipes. The difference, however, is that Water is held within Piping by an Electrically operated Valve, known as a “Pre-Action Valve.” This Valve operation is controlled by independent Detection System.

Fire Deluge System
Description
A Deluge Fire Sprinkler system is similar to a pre-action system except the sprinkler heads are open and the pipe is not pressurized with air. Deluge systems are connected to a water supply through a deluge valve that is opened by the operation of a smoke or heat detection system. The detection system is installed in the same area as the sprinklers. When the detection system is activated water discharges through all of the sprinkler heads in the system. Deluge systems are used in places that are considered high hazard areas such as power plants, aircraft hangars and chemical storage or processing facilities. Deluge systems are needed where high velocity suppression is necessary to prevent fire spread.
We at Electromech Fire Fighters Pvt.Ltd. have an Extensive Experience in Designing, Installing and Commissioning the Deluge Systems as per Clients and Risk requirement at various Industry Installations all over India.
High Velocity Water spray systems are installed to extinguish fires involving liquids with flash points of 650 C (1500 F) or higher. Some of the worst fires which have occurred in the history of firefighting have been those involving oils and similar inflammable liquids. Unless promptly tackled at the source, such fires can rapidly grow to catastrophic proportions, often with irreparable damage to valuable plant. Fires involving the heavier oils, with flash points above 650oC can be extinguished by properly applied fixed water spray systems.
Advance in technology have brought about much wider usage in industry of highly inflammable liquids, gases and solids. The fire problems so produced have required new thinking and development of new technologies. With fire risks involving the lighter oils, liquefied petroleum gases and other flammable liquids with flash points below 650 C it may not be possible or even desirable to extinguish the fire completely. Under such circumstances the aim is to achieve controlled burning. Adequate control of such fires and also protection of vessels and plant exposed to surrounding fire can be achieved by properly designed medium velocity water spray system.

Foam System
Description
Foam Fire Sprinkler Systems offer a recognized technology for the control of burning flammable liquids. Foam fire sprinkler systems operate by mixing a foam concentrate at specific proportions with water to create a foam blanket that overwhelms a fire. The distribution of a foam blanket over a flammable liquid will extinguish a fire by eradicating the fire’s oxygen supply and provide a cooling effect on the burning fuel.
We at Electromech Fire Fighters Pvt.Ltd. have an Extensive Experience in Designing, Installing and Commissioning the Foam Systems as per Clients and Risk requirement at various Industry Installations all over India.
